For all students

Opening days

• Middle school: from 03/09/2020 to 11/06/2021
• Lycée: from 03/09/2020 to 05/06/2021

We do not allow children to bring their meals to the Institution except for those who are subject to a medical specifications (PAI : Plan Alimentaire Individualisé).

Aid may be granted according to income. Applications for this aid (ARC : Aide à la Restauration dans les Collèges) are available from the Accounts Department, which will be able to provide you with further information.

Middle School

A single “digital wallet” card gives you access to 2 catering systems.

You will have to choose between:

• Lunch on fixed days, 4 days a week (MTTF) or 2 days a week (the days must be specified on the form given on the first day of school). The pupil is a half-boarder for the days he/she is registered.
• Occasional lunch at the school’s self-service restaurant. The student is a day student. In this case, the price of the meal is 7,41€.

A mix of both options is available:
Example: you can have lunch on 2 fixed days and occasionally on the other days, as needed.

• For occasional access to the self-service restaurant, please write out a cheque for 37.05€ (5 meals) or 74.10€ (10 meals) and hand in with the registration form at the beginning of the school year. Meals not taken will be carried over to the following year or reimbursed upon request.
• No overdraft authorised.
• The card given to you the first time is free of charge and must be kept for future years. If it gets lost, you will be asked 3€ to have it replaced.
• This card must be presented at every meal and cannot be lent to a friend under any circumstance.

High School

A single “digital wallet” card gives you access to 3 different catering systems.

Each student will be given a form on the first day of the school year to request this card.

You will have to choose between:

• Lunch on fixed days, 4 days a week (MTTF) or 2 days a week (the days must be specified on the form given on the first day of school). The pupil is a half-boarder for the days he/she is registered.
• Occasional lunch at the school’s self-service restaurant. The student is a day student. In this case, the price of the meal is 7,41€.
• Lunch at the cafeteria (snacks, sandwiches, salads, etc.)

A mix is possible:
Example: you can have lunch on 2 fixed days at the self-service cafeteria and lunch on an extra day in the self-service cafeteria if you need it during the week.

The cafeteria is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning, Thursday and Friday.

• To be able to have lunch occasionally in the cafeteria, please write out a cheque for 30€ and hand in with the registration form.
• No overdraft will be authorised.
• The card given to you the first time is free of charge and must be kept for future years. If it gets lost, you will be asked 3€ to have it replaced.
• This card must be presented at every meal and cannot be lent to a friend under any circumstance.
